Czech Scooter Association (CSA) was founded in 1993. CSA is the sport association of individuals, teams and clubs in Czech Republic. Objective of CSA is concerning for expansion of scooter sport in Czech Republic and in foreign countries.
Member of CSA can be can be anybody, who register at CSA as individual or as a member of club or team. Annual fee is 50 Kč (1.5 U$ Dollar) for students and 100 Kč (3 U$ Dollar) for the others.
There are 3 age groups
10-18 years Juniors
19-40 years Man
41 and more Veterans
Juniors a veterans can start in age group man. Minimum age limit is 12 years.

Technical requirements for scooter
Scooter
- scooter paw over ground in 2 points
- scooter must not have any motor actuator
- handlebars wide maximum 90 cm
Contestant has to finish all race with scooter.
There is allowed to change scooter or its parts during a race.
Races are riding on suterdays and on sundays. Main race starts on saturday. It's distance is from 20 to 35 Km. Start of saturday race is usually between 13 and 16 o'clock. Sunday race starts between 8 and 10 o'clock. It's distance is from 5 to 10 Km.
Average speed of the best contestants is from 26 to 28 Km per hour.
Maximum speed in downhill is over 80 Km/h.
